The contact person will be sent unique lead portal credentials where he or she can add and manage new users, access invoices, return invalid leads, pause/activate campaigns, manage delivery schedule, update payment info, etc.

ACCEPTED RETURN REASONS
-phone number is disconnected or invalid,
-rents (as opposed to owns) the subject property,
-or lives in a multiple-family dwelling,
-utility bill is below $100,
-does not occupy the subject property,
-already has solar,
-outside location scope (territory),
-states they did not request to be contacted about solar,
-you are unable to communicate with lead due to language barrier,
-lead is a duplicate,
-the residence has too much shading.
Partner may return invalid web leads within seven (7) days directly in the lead distribution platform. Returns are capped at 20% of the total number of leads distributed. Accepted return reasons can be found HERE Returned solar web leads will be credited to the account balance. Partner may return invalid live transfers and web leads that are duplicates received within the same thirty (30) day period. Partner may also return invalid live transfers that are deemed "Fraudulent". For the purposes of this agreement, a “Fraudulent Call” means a Call submitted by Sunlynk to Partner that is the product of fraud or manipulation of information on the part of Sunylynk or any of its publishers.
Partner may cancel service for any reason. Cancellation must be received via text or email communication. Cancel at any time, any existing funds will be refunded. Cancellation requests may take no longer than 72 hours to take effect.
Partners must maintain a positive account balance in order to receive web leads and/or live transfers. Each solar web lead and/or live transfer sent will result in a deduction to the account balance in the amount agreed upon, and as displayed in the lead distribution platform.
Partner agrees to pay for web leads and/or live transfers that are successfully distributed to the Partner via an email address, direct posting instructions, or live transfer number that are deemed valid per the I.O. terms. The Pro Companies will be charged for live transfers not answered if the live transfer occurs during indicated hours of operation. In the event there is a technical issue, both parties are responsible for providing proof of errors.
